Bugs!

Are you allergic to anything?? I am allergic to bug bites...bee, skeeto, those ones!! So I got bite on the joint...of my pinky and now it is swelled and a funny shape, and I can't even lay my finger flat!! You know how you get a cut on the knuckle? Then you put a Band-Aid on it..and how it feels tight? This is how the finger feels!! Then I have another one on the underside of the wrist...it's about the size of a quarter! I hate bugs!

How Dare They!!

If you haven't noticed on older posts, my pictures have left!! I deleted them from my picasa and then they leave the blog!! That is so maddening!! Did I spell that right?? :)

Weeding!

This morning I weeded my brother's garden...it was like a jungle!! His wife, him, and I were sitting around in the living room last night and he was telling me that it would take a good 8 hours!! Well I started at 7:30 about and finished at 9:45...and now my hands and skin are dry or something!! I got it done, before it got too hot, and I didn't even sweat!! Ha!

Chocolate!!

Anyone care for chocolate?? Sounds good to me! In books you read that the person has a secret chocolate addiction! Hah...in reality people really do! I like it...but don't go into withdrawls if I don't have it! Anyone else go into withdrawls?? Speak now if you like/love chocolate!! I won't tell anyone!! I promise!

Trip Summary!!

So these are some of the pictures that were taken in Oregon. Some of you know my family personally and know who some of the people are, but some don't. The two adults are my sister in laws and the two kids are my nephews! They belong to the person to the one holding the baby! Picture 2: Holding my nephew!

Picture 5: My nephew playing at the park! So we went to a park and my brothers and I were at the tennis courts and the others were at the playground for the lil' one! He pushed another little boy away! He came down to us and said "That boy kissed me!" It was a you had to be there moment~ If you click on the picture you can enlarge it I think!

Let's face it! Sunburns do really hurt!! Yesterday I went to the pool with some friends and didn't put enough sunscreen on...and my shoulders and a little of my back got fried! Welll that is a little exaggeration..so they got toasted! My shoulders are bright red!!! Usually I put enough on! So this was my first one!! How long do they usually last?? Anyone know?

Well everyone, I am back in hot, humid, corn-filled Iowa! (sigh) It was a lot of fun to see and hang out with my brothers and their families again! I still wish I were there, but next summer I hope to go back out there and stay with them! It is fun to be home again to see all the friends again...I haven't seen them since June so it is good to be back, and I will see them tomorrow night! How fun! Welll, I wish that I lived closer to everyone so I could see them everyday! I noticed today when we stopped to see my other brother that the house next door is for sale!! I told my parents we should move in next door and see them everyday! How cool that would be but I guess I will have to dream on! Next summer I can take driver's ed!! Sweetness! School is starting soon!! Our annual church convention preps is coming up...which means that the convention itself is soon! I wish I knew more...but I don't want to bore you!! Happy blogging!
